Who is responsible
Match AI operates this site at my-match-ai.com and is responsible for the data described here. Questions can be sent to hello@my-match-ai.com.
What is collected
Two kinds of information. First, anything you choose to send: a name, an email address and the text of a message when you use the contact form. Second, the ordinary technical information a web server records in order to serve pages, such as the request time, the page requested and a general location derived from the network address.
Why it is collected
Messages are used to answer you. Technical records are used to keep the site available, to understand which pages are read, and to identify abuse. Nothing on this site is used to build advertising profiles.
Conversations
Conversation threads exist so that a companion can carry details forward and so that you can return to a thread later. They are not published, not sold, and not shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Technical records are kept for a short retention window and then discarded or aggregated.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the site, such as hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent needed. It is not sold.
Cookies
The site uses only what is needed to work correctly and to remember a session. No advertising cookies are set by Match AI.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to hello@my-match-ai.com and the request will be handled promptly.
Children
The site is intended for adults of 18 or over and is not directed at children.
Changes
Updates to this notice are published on this page, and the published version is the one in force.
